Here at Gurmehar Kapoor, we take great pride in the quality and artistry of our handpainted garments. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned.

This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return a handpainted garment and receive a refund.

Eligible for Refund:

  • Damaged Items: We will gladly accept returns and issue a full refund for any handpainted garment that arrives damaged during shipping. Damage includes rips, tears, stains not present in product photos, or significant flaws in the handpainted artwork.

Non-Refundable:

  • Change of Mind: Due to the unique nature of handpainted garments, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind or sizing issues(all sizes are mentioned on the website).
  • Unworn Condition: To be eligible for a damage refund, the garment must be unworn and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Mandatory Unboxing Video:

To ensure a smooth claims process and protect both you and us, we require a clear, unedited video of you opening the package upon delivery. The video should showcase the packaging being opened for the first time, revealing the garment in its entirety. This video will be used to verify any damage claims.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: If you receive a damaged garment, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at  +91-9958269291, you can call us and drop us a text or whatsapp.
  2. Provide Details: In your message, please include your order number, a brief description of the damage, and attach the unboxing video.
  3. Return Instructions: Once we receive your message and verify the damage claim, we will provide you with return shipping and instructions on how to return the garment.
  4. Refund Processing: Once the damaged garment is received and inspected, we will process a full refund for the purchase price (including original shipping costs) within 5 business days.

Please Note:

  • We are not responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the garment is damaged.
  • This refund policy applies to all purchases made on our website.
